DELIVERY& RETURNS
I undertake all apsects of jewellery making such as bespoke engagement, wedding and eternity rings.For a bespoke jewellery deisgn, please contact me via phone or email to arrange a free consultation & quotes.
Depending on the design, commissions can take approx 4-6 weeks. A deposit of 50% must be made to ensure the start of work, with the remainder payable upon completion.
DELIVERY
UK
The cost for delivery of items within the UK is £7.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Each piece of jewellery is made to order, therefore please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you require a piece of jewellery for an imminent birthday etc, then I will always endeavour to make and deliver it to a specific date, just email me to check first.
Outside the UK
The cost for delivery of items outside the UK is £12.5.
For delivery to European countries, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Delivery times to countries outside of Europe will vary. Please enquire for more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return the goods unworn within 7 days, and I will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund. The goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. It is recommended that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault.
